Thanks to all our stakeholders!

Dear national brain councils, brain foundations, patient organizations, researchers, clinicians, research registries, research participants and others, in Europe and elsewhere,

The Lifebrain project officially ended on June 30, 2022. The project produced important new knowledge about risk and protective factors influencing brain health. It also brought new insights on public perceptions of brain health, and this would not have been possible without your help.

You contributed to develop the Global Brain Health Survey and thanks to your efforts to disseminate it in your networks, it became, to our knowledge, the largest brain health survey even conducted. You commented on the survey results and helped us design public reports and scientific papers. We experience that the survey results have an impact and serve to guide policymakers, for instance, in Norway.

Some of you worked closely with our teams to organize stakeholder workshops and public lectures that reached many and, we believe, contributed to increase public awareness of brain health.

We are so grateful for your fantastic inputs and efforts! We hope that you enjoyed this journey with us and that the Lifebrain outputs will be useful in your future work. Below are some key reports/publications:

The Lifebrain database will be maintained and expanded with future waves of data collection to support new research. For updates, follow our website, Facebook page and Twitter account.

Again, thank you to all for your efforts and support!
