University of Cambridge

Department of Psychology

Researcher: Lorraine Tyler

The Department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge has been making a major contribution to the teaching of and research in experimental psychology and its related disciplines. It now has a primary research goal to understand the brain and mind across the lifespan, in health and disease.

Together with the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit partner, the main contribution to LifeBrain represents data and expertise from CamCAN.

In addition to this valuable dataset, members of CamCAN will contribute their expertise in characterising healthy and unhealthy cognition, and in combining such characterisations with multimodal brain data and moderator variables like demographics and lifestyle.
