WP objectives:

To develop and implement tools for securing integration, sharing, processing and enrichment (collection) of data as established in WP 2

Deliverables:

  • D3.1. Data storage and processing system to share data, manage data access and integrated analysis (PDF)

  • D3.2. Tool for post hoc harmonization of MRI data across sites, to allow integration of data from different scanners/sites (PDF)

  • D3.3. Multi-modal MRI-data processing stream which allows for a state-of-the art central integration of data across sites (PDF)

  • D3.4. Online platform for collection of questionnaire and test data for data enrichment (PDF) 

  • D3.5. DBS assays for relevant biomarkers for data enrichment

  • D3.6. Novel longitudinal statistical tools, allowing to tackle challenges associated with multi-side mixed model lifespan data (PDF)

  • D3.7. Refining and validation of novel statistical tools
